Jocote Corona and Crafts

The Jocotes and different products made from this fruit will be supplied by local artisans and Jocote farms, including Finca Vista Hermosa and Finca San Jorge.

Finca Vista Hermosa and Finca San Jorge sit on the slopes of Cerro Verde Park and produce approximately 23 thousand jocotes per day during the harvest period.

The Jocote Corona or winter Jocote grows at high altitudes around volcanic areas such as Cerro Verde and San Vicente Volcano. It is common to find Corona Jocote trees growing around coffee farms.
